I started in real estate operations in 2021 as an inside sales agent, and within a year I was promoted to Operations Manager, running calendars, lead follow-up, and weekly skip-tracing on 200+ property owner records. Since then, I've supported over 100 property management companies through the full tenant lifecycle, coordinated real estate transactions end-to-end as an Executive Assistant, and served as Head of Operations directly under a CEO, building lead funnels, automations, and systems from the ground up.
Today I bring that same executive-level operating standard to real estate agents, teams, and property managers who need more than a task-doer. I build the systems, run the CRM, manage the marketing, and keep transactions moving, so nothing falls through the cracks, and nothing slows you down.
